Dec. 11 - Apr. 20: 10.300 baht / night (peak season)
Apr. 21 - Dec. 10: 8500 baht / night (Mid season)

  • The balance of your holiday must be received at least one month prior to your arrival. In the case where a last minute booking is made, then full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation, no refund is made, therefore it is highly recommended that you take out Travel Insurance which is inclusive of accommodation cancellation.

    Payment Terms
  • 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer: Please note that all bank fees from the sending bank are at the charge of the sender.
  • Full payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Last minute bookings under 30 days are to be paid in full immediately
